As a Zoho Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Zoho's suite of software products and services to potential customers in the specified locations.

You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of Zoho's solutions and closing sales deals.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Zoho's software products. Understand the customer's business requirements and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address their specific needs. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers. Cultivate rapport, trust, and credibility by understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Zoho's solutions can add value. Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and work towards closing sales deals. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales operations and legal, to ensure smooth contract processes. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the assigned location. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the product management and marketing teams to enhance Zoho's offerings and improve market positioning

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

***Proven experience in software sales or a similar role, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Good negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customercentric approach and the ability to build longterm relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Mumbai would be advantageous.
