HR Manager/Asst. Manager- Centre of Excellence (COE):

We're looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our People & Culture Team. In this key role within the Centre of Excellence, you will directly report to the VP of HR and play a crucial part in delivering top-notch HR programs and initiatives at Pilgrim.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Rewards & Recognition: Responsible for overseeing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Keeping updated on market trends to maintain our competitiveness.
  • Performance Management: Developing and managing a performance evaluation system that aligns with company objectives and promotes continuous employee growth.
  • Learning & Development: Identifying areas for improvement, creating tailored learning programs to boost employee skills, and support career advancement.
  • Culture Building: Promoting a positive and diverse work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and employee welfare. Planning and executing initiatives to drive desired staff behaviors.

The Ideal Profile

  • MBA degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or similar field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a solid grasp of compensation, performance management, and L&D.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic HR projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
