Regional Experiences Partner

Regional Experiences Partner are responsible to help shape and transform the lives of the global citizens of tomorrow through forming deep, thoughtful and meaningful relationships with our students and partners. A Regional Experiences Partner is responsible to make our mission a reality across a portfolio of cities and regions.

  • Operating Principles: Use the Operating Values, Principles and Rules to guide your operating style and form a deliberate and intentional culture at TC Global
  • Champion the Mission: Regional Experiences Partner must act as missionaries that believe in our mission and will do what it takes to help us accomplish our vision. Set extremely high standards, lead from the front and champion the mission for our people, students and partners.
  • Demonstrate Good Judgement on Talent: Hiring will be the single most important determinant of results. Talent creates leverage and good judgement of talent enables high probabilities of non-linear outcomes.
  • Carefully Crafted Experiences: Never give a customer a reason to be disappointed, dissatisfied, unhappy, and or be put in a position to complain. Care for Customers as you would for your Closest Friends and Family.
  • Resource Allocation: Your fundamental role is to be a phenomenal allocator of available resources. Show awareness of available resources, and make decisions to maximise the leverage of our human and financial resources to multiply value.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Think of our organisation as a professional sports team. We're all playing, learning and competing together with specific roles to play on the field. Match your motivation to coach others with an openness to be coached by others.
  • Tactical Execution: Dive deep and commit yourself to understand shortages through deeper connections with our users. Run weekly audits to analyse user behaviour and product iterations in your region.
  • Generalist Operator Philosophy: Be a generalist armed with deep contextual knowledge that is able to operate on the broadest spectrum of skills and interactions possible. Be un-compromising on our vision, while maintaining high degrees of curiosity and flexibility on the details.
  • Growth: Set audacious goals and do whatever it takes to hit and/or crush your monthly, intake and FY objectives

  • Strong experience in building and scaling high growth teams
  • Strong first-hand relationship management experience
  • Some form of training in feedback and team coaching
  • Prior experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators and platform + service brands
  • Bonus: Strong experience in regional and global expansion
