Your Role and Responsibilities

As Professional-Lease Abstraction, you are responsible for overseeing the lease abstraction process for a company or organization.

  • Responsible for leading and managing a team of lease abstractors who are responsible for extracting key information from lease agreements.
  • Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the lease abstracts are accurate and complete, and that all relevant information is included.
  • You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing standardized processes for lease abstraction, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and accounting, to ensure that lease abstraction is aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Review and update lease abstracts to ensure they remain current and accurate.
  • You will be responsible for providing reports and analysis on lease abstraction to senior management, and for making recommendations for improvements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate with 68 Years of experience in lease abstraction
  • Experience in lease abstraction or related fields such as real estate or property management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven experience in using lease management software and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience of working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Leases
  • Prior experience utilizing a lease database.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Ability to review and abstract large lease/legal documents and data.
