The Supply and Inventory Planner is responsible for the supply planning for tolling and contract manufacturing activities and analyses demand and production capacity to deliver a well-executed production plan.

You establish and maintain relationships with key functions within the country, regional, and global levels across the business.

The Supply and Inventory Planner:

  • Supports the development and maintenance of the planning process to deliver an optimum balance between supply & demand for all supply chains
  • Enables businessoptimized decisionmaking through balanced supplydemand plans, anticipated supply constraints, analysis, use of systems, and business processes.
  • Manages inventory health and DOH considering sales forecast accuracy, production variances, capacity headroom, relevant tradeoffs, and the relationship between volumes and values
  • Reports monthly and quarterly on the inventory and production activities
  • Maintains close coordination with manufacturers to understand production capabilities & define monthly production plans to comply with supply commitments to the commercial team
  • Ensures that all planning processes throughout the integrated supply chain operate against MRP philosophies and principles.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Planning Processes & Methodology
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills across boundaries and different cultures
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Problemsolving mindset with high analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language is an advantage
