Responsibilities:
- Assist in various administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Handle basic office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- Manage and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Support office operations by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.
- Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Provide support to different departments as required.
- Handle basic data entry and update company databases.
- Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Experience in a customer service role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
