**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff to ensure efficient and prompt service.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as tableware, linens, and condiments, and coordinate with management for replenishment as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain consistency in food quality.
- Assist in the preparation of schedules and shift assignments for dining room staff.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant.
**Requirements**:
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu items, and mocktail selections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
