About the role :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

What you'll do :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and Develop Power BI Reports and Dashboards
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights through data visualization.

Data Integration and Modeling :

  • Connect to various data sources and perform data transformations.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business requirements.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Perform data analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.

Optimization and Performance Tuning :

  • Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reports.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present data insights and recommendations.

Training and Support :

  • Provide training and support to endusers on Power BI functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and best practices.

What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 24 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications :

Microsoft Certified:
Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification.

Additional Skills :

  • Experience with advanced analytics and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
