About the role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

What you'll do :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Develop Power BI Reports and Dashboards

- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Transform raw data into meaningful insights through data visualization.

Data Integration and Modeling :

- Connect to various data sources and perform data transformations.

- Develop and maintain data models to support business requirements.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.

Optimization and Performance Tuning :

- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.

- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reports.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present data insights and recommendations.

Training and Support :

- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.

What we are looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with advanced analytics and statistical analysis.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
