Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview:
- Identify and recruit potential candidates through diverse channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to select qualified candidates.
- Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate all interview arrangements, including room reservations and virtual meeting setups.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide prompt updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.
- Create and dispatch offer letters and employment agreements.
- Support the onboarding of new hires, including organizing orientation sessions and collecting necessary paperwork.
- Facilitate a seamless integration for new employees into the organization.
- Represent the company at recruitment events like job fairs and career expos.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Produce and analyze recruitment reports to offer insights on hiring patterns and metrics.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and provide assistance throughout the hiring process.
- Work in coordination with HR and various departments to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and approaches.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the recruitment procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Prior experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including candidate assessment and interviewing
- Outstanding customer service abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Capability to work autonomously and remotely
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and software (e.g., applicant tracking systems)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational proficiencies
- Background in the transportation or service sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
