Role Overview:

  • Identify and recruit potential candidates through diverse channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to select qualified candidates.
  • Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate all interview arrangements, including room reservations and virtual meeting setups.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide prompt updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.
  • Create and dispatch offer letters and employment agreements.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires, including organizing orientation sessions and collecting necessary paperwork.
  • Facilitate a seamless integration for new employees into the organization.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events like job fairs and career expos.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Produce and analyze recruitment reports to offer insights on hiring patterns and metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and provide assistance throughout the hiring process.
  • Work in coordination with HR and various departments to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the recruitment procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including candidate assessment and interviewing
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and remotely
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and software (e.g., applicant tracking systems)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational proficiencies
  • Background in the transportation or service sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
