- Conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes.
Data Management:
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and the status of the talent pipeline.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute insights on sourcing strategies.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably in a fastpaced recruitment environment.
- Experience with US markets
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
