**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ATS Management: Assist with reviewing job requisition details, job postings, recruiting plans, and offer details. Generate reports and complete regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy in our systems
**Basic Qualifications**:
- At 1 year of full-cycle recruiting coordination experience in a high-volume role, supporting both technical as well as non-technical teams
- Experience scheduling remote interviews with stakeholders across multiple timezones
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills— you are highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Working hours expectations**:
In this role, a flexible work schedule will be provided to effectively accommodate the varying needs of our global team. As the job requires supporting multiple regions, working hours will be adjusted to correspond with different time zones (EMEA/APAC). Fixed hours will also be in place to ensure smooth operations during critical time periods. These fixed hours are defined but not limited to:
- EMEA (13:00 to 22:00) IST
- APAC (09:30 to 18:30) IST

- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS
- Experience pulling reports and leveraging data to make a business case
