Introduction
The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world.
By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As Compliance Partner you are responsible to provide advisory support, perform sample reviews and provide inputs in the leadership forums
- Provide advisory support to multiple accounts from Business Controls and Compliance perspective
- Perform sample review of Business Controls and Compliance activities for assigned Accounts
- Publish Compliance Scorecard for the assigned accounts
- Conduct Awareness and Education sessions for activities related to Business Controls and Compliance
- Support Data Privacy and Security Compliance awareness and audits.
- Drive Compliance partner programs on aspects of Controls and Compliance adherence, monitoring and reporting
- Provide inputs & participate in Weekly/Monthly Account Leadership reviews
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduation in Commerce OR Finance
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Internal Controls/Compliance/Risk Assessment domains.
- Understanding of Risk and Control Matrix & Control frameworks like COSO, COBIT etc
- Good knowledge in Finance, IT & business processes
- Ability to communicate (Verbal & written) clearly and concisely
- Good logical and analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to objectively analyze large amount of data
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
- Prior internal/external audit experience
