Job Description:

Your Team

You will be part of the marketing operations, production design team:

Marketing Operations (Production Design) - The HYD team supports the NA and EMEA marketing by developing and updating engaging and informative content for various marketing channels promoting Invesco brand which help in driving overall business growth.


This internship offers a hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment, where you will be working closely with our experienced design and production teams; contribute the development of marketing content, provide some creative input, while expanding your skills in graphic design, image processing, and multimedia production.

Your Role

  • Content Production: Assist in the development and creation of visually appealing content including but not limited to print materials, infographics, interactive PDFs, presentations, and other marketing literature.
  • Conceptualization: translate complex financial information ideas into visually understandable graphics
  • Image Processing: Support the team in photo editing, image manipulation, and retouching as needed.
  • Multimedia content: Some hands on experience creating multimedia content (Video & Motion)
  • Branding: Get familiar with Invesco brand guidelines and work closely with the design team to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communications.
The Experience You Bring

  • Knowledge and understanding of design principles, typography, layout design, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work and projects is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Shall be a good team player & open to work flexible hours.
Academic requirements

  • B.A / B.Sc. Visual Communication / Graphic Design (2023 Batch)
  • 70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
