- Answer a large number of incoming calls and respond to customers & Vendors
- Provide servicerelated information to customers & Vendors
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer & Vendor calls where necessary
- Handling complaints & Vendor support helpline
- To acknowledge and resolve customer & vendor issues
- Analyzing the process & giving the outcome for streamlining the process if required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Any degree
- 05 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Tamil and English)
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
- Lead Conversion & Convincing skills
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.,)
