  • Answer a large number of incoming calls and respond to customers & Vendors

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer & Vendor calls where necessary
  • Handling complaints & Vendor support helpline
  • To acknowledge and resolve customer & vendor issues
  • Analyzing the process & giving the outcome for streamlining the process if required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Any degree
  • 05 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Tamil and English)
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
  • Lead Conversion & Convincing skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.,)
