Responsibilities:
Understands the various computer screens and how to utilize them effectivelyInterfaces with customers, clients and vendors, and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staffAttends assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information and job performanceAdheres to all company and specific Contact Center policies and proceduresCompletes any work as assigned by Management
Requirements :
One must possess six months of either BPO or travel experience.
The candidate should be Graduate or Undergraduate.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are required.,Proficiency in computer applications and experience in utilizing various computer skills are essential.
