Raipur Ahmedabad, India United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Key Responsibility:

  • Recruitment: Ensuring manpower availability as per budget and plan.
  • Closing lateral hiring positions through offers, salary negotiations, and notice period buyout deals.
  • Tracking attrition data for On-roll and Casuals to prepare reports for countermeasures and action plan.
  • Leading campus drives for fresher hiring and bulk hiring.

Compliances & Payroll Management:

  • Upgrading internal systems and rules in light of amendments under applicable acts.
  • Maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and ODs as per regulations.
  • Timely preparation and disbursement of Salary/Wages.
  • Fulfilling statutory compliances related to Factory act, PF Return, Principal Employer, Performance Management RA & KPI setting processes.
  • Raising appraisal forms for annual performance reviews.
  • Providing insights to HODs for Appraisals.
  • Collecting and compiling data for PMS calculations and increments.
  • Preparing and issuing Promotion & Increment letters to employees.
  • Generating post annual appraisal reports.

Employee Exit Management:

  • Ensuring smooth employee exits on the day of relieving.
  • Conducting One-on-One exit interviews.
  • Timely settlement and payment of full & final dues.

HR/IR Budgeting:

  • Preparing HR Budget based on past trends and future forecasts.
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses within the approved budget.

Industrial Relations:

  • Maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
  • Negotiating wages with workers' union.
  • Conducting meetings with union members, correspondence, and providing feedback to Management.
  • Handling grievances and redressing complaints.
  • Managing disciplinary actions such as issuing show cause notices, charge sheets, conducting domestic enquiries, and evaluating employees' service records.

Contract related work - Contract Labor Management:

  • Managing CLM: document verification, returns, and compliances.
