We are currently seeking a Acquisition RM to join Business Banking Team in Mumbai

Principal Responsibilities

An Acquisition Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for acquiring new to Bank client relationships related to SME/MM/New age Banking. Their duties typically include assessing clients' financial needs, structuring and negotiating lending deals, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They often work closely with clients, credit analysts, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful lending transactions for acquisitions. Additionally, they may provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan lifecycle.

The RM will be responsible to on board quality names in line with Banks 's internal policy and appetite. RM will need to cross sell various payments/collections/CCC/ Connected Banking products to the clients in order to increase revenue wallet with these clients and improve stickiness with the Bank.

Requirements Candidate can be MBA/CA with relevant experience in handling clients for their Lending/liability needs Candidate to have the aptitude to learn various aspects of banking Candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills Candidate should have good market connect/strong relationship with Industry bodies and should have hunger to introduce new clients to the Bank.
