As a RM for Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and Connectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's DSA / Connector strategy and expanding DSA / Connector base.

You will be responsible for managing network of DSAs and connectors, fostering strong relationships, and achieving desired results. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the housing finance industry.

Responsibilities

Network Development:
Identify and activate high-potential DSAs and Connectors to expand the company's market presenceDevelop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and f oster growth

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, Connectors to drive business objectivesProvide ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure alignment with companygoals and standards

Sales Strategy Execution :

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaignsMonitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide valuable inputs to sales team

T arget Achievement:


Set ambitious activation targets for DSAs and Connectors, and drive them towards achievement through proactive guidance and motivationTrack performance metrics, evaluate results, and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Conduct periodic audits and quality checks to maintain service standards and upholdthe company's reputation.

R eporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis for management reviewUtilize data-driven insights to optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decision-making

Role Requirements;

4-6 years' of experience in team management roles within the financial services industry, preferably in housing finance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
