Skyram Technologies is looking for an ambitious and energetic 'Business Development Manager' to join us in an outbound sales role to expand our international clientele & PAN India focus & to be part of our Sales and Marketing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business acquisitions internationally and in India for the offerings of the web, software, and, digital marketing services, & handling the complete sales lifecycle.
  • Represent company service offerings in a positive and professional manner. Acquisition of new clients, predicting clients' objectives.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals, closing the deal, and building rapport.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them.
  • Handling client questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs using sales methodology.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role from the same industry (IT sales professionals).
  • Strong communication skills are essential as you interact with clients, senior management, and business associates.
  • Market knowledge, Trend knowledge, Passion for Technology, Software Development, SaaS & Digital marketing.
  • Selfstarter, selfdisciplined, and targetfocused but able to work in a team matrix environment.
  • Demonstrates drive, passion, and flexibility.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Possesses integrity and honesty.
  • Time management and planning skills.
