Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments to target for business development opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Understand Pain Points:
Conduct in-depth research to identify pain points and challenges faced by prospective clients.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the IT Sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a proactive and resultsdriven approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
