Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space. To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client. Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge.

Requirement:

Graduate with Min. of 3 years of relevant experience in Channel/Indirect sales or a similar related sale role. Demonstrated understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude.
