Role & responsibilities:


Collection of data analysis for performance improvementClient relationship and coordinationInvestigate Historical Data for product debtAnalyze the segment to identify performance gaps/ steps that are missedPreparing and Maintaining internal reports for MIS and reports to management.

Maintain and Update collections SOPs on a time-to-time basis.

Weekly and Monthly business reviews, presentations with clientsShould deliver the KPI as required and maintain self KPI like Quality, Attrition, Shrinkage and roaster management.

Should handle call monitoring exercises, escalations and follow up with the other department to solve the queries of the customers.

Dialer ManagementTele-collection and Team handling

Requirements and skills:


Proven experience as a Collection -Assistant Manager/Team Leader or similar roleWorking knowledge of MS- Excel, databases, PowerpointGood communication skills verbal and writingA person should come with previous experience of 3 to 8 years in Tele- Collections and Strategy.
