Thisroleiscrucialto maintainingsmoothoperationswithinourproperties KeyResponsibilities:
Collection&GrievanceCoordination:
- Coordinatethecollectionofcommonareamaintenancefeesandutilitybills, propertySalescollectionfromtenants/Brandsinaccordancewithlease agreementsandpropertymanagementpolicies.
- Monitorandtrackpaymentschedules,sendingremindersandnotificationsas necessarytoensurepromptpayments.
- Collaboratewiththefinanceandaccountingteamstoreconcilepaymentsand maintainaccuraterecords.
Investigateandresolvediscrepanciesordisputesrelatedtobillingorcharges.
- Workcloselywithtenantstoaddressquestionsorconcernsregardinginvoices andcharges.
- Provideregularreportsoncollectionstatusandoutstandingbalancesto management.
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactfortenantgrievancesandinquiriesrelatedto commonareamaintenancefeesandutilitybillsetc.
- Documenttenantcomplaintsandissues,categorizingthemforanalysis.
- Collaboratewithpropertymanagementandaccountingteamstoinvestigateand resolvetenantgrievancespromptly.
- Communicatewithtenantstoprovideupdatesongrievanceresolutionsand ensuretenantsatisfaction.
- Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementstoenhancetransparencyand tenantrelations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,finance,Marketing.
- Provenexperienceinpropertymanagement,collections.
- Strongcalculationandcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
- Excellentproblemsolvingandconflictresolutionabilities.
- Familiaritywithleaseagreementsandpropertymanagementpractices.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice,Googlesheetandpropertymanagementsoftware isdesirable.
- Highlyorganizedanddetailoriented.
- Abilitytoworkcollaborativelyinateamenvironment.
- Exceptionalinterpersonalskillsandacustomercentricmindset.
- Abilitytoadapttochangingprioritiesandmultitaskeffectively.
