This role involves managing the end-to-end process of property transactions, coordinating with various stakeholders, addressing customer grievances, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure productivity and performance.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely closure of agreements, documentation, collection efforts, and resolution of customer grievances.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to streamline processes and address customer needs effectively.
Monitor the performance of team members, review completed tasks, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets.
Identify areas for process improvement within the CRM function, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
Oversee the management of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
A bachelors degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in customer relationship management, particularly in the real estate industry, with a focus on post-sales activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
