Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Assist in initiating and building relationships with prospective clients to understand their marketing needs.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies
  • Assist in conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business development plans
  • Provide regular updates to senior team members on progress and outcomes

Skills required:

  • Preferably worked for same role in Radio, Celeb Management or Event industry;
Advertising agency experience is an added advantage

  • Logical or analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Comfortable engaging in proactive client outreach, including making calls and
conducting virtual meetings to drive business development initiatives.
