At ZenX Media, we help Education Companies scale their business using performance marketing. Aiming to solve 3 biggest issues Education startups face with marketing i.e.

1) High Cost Per Acquisition, 2) Low Quality/ Spam Leads and, 3) Disconnect between Leads and Sales.

We are a remote-first company with flexible hours.

Job Summary:

ZenX Media is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The successful candidate will be extremely driven, energetic, and passionate about ensuring the qualification and generation of new opportunities that will drive the company's high growth numbers. They should have a passion for sales and a desire to grow and develop as a salesperson.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and networking

● Demonstrate a clear understanding of Zen X's product and service value propositions

● Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their fit for our products or services

● Educate prospects about our company, products, and value proposition to generate interest and engage them in meaningful conversations

● Continuously learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and differentiate from competitors

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and opportunity creation.

● Eager to learn and continually develop oneself

Requirements:

● 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in Ed. Tech Industry

● Proven Track Record with New Account Development

● Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers

● Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

● Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent with a positive attitude

● Familiarity with CRM software , preferably) and sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload

● Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

● Experience working with remote teams is an asset

● Able to commit 30-35 hours every week
