Company Description

LimeTray is a product-startup based in Gurugram that helps restaurants market, engage, and sell to more customers online. The company aims to support and prevent the closure of restaurants that fail to reach enough customers to cover costs. LimeTray's founding team consists of ISB, NSIT alumni with strong domain knowledge in building online food ordering portals. The company is backed by angel investors and advisors who are successful internet entrepreneurs, as well as Matrix Partners, one of the top 5 VC firms in India.


Designation: Sales Development Representative (Fully Remote)


Monthly Compensation: Rs. 25,000 (Rs. 15,000 Fixed + Rs. 10,000 Variable)

Job Type: Permanent

Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Work Mode: Fully Remote 

Office Location: Gurugram, Udyog Vihar Phase V


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at LimeTray located in Gurugram. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

  • Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Success and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
