- Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain useradoption
- Collaborate with account management, pre-sales, and customers to drive toward desiredoutcomes aligning to our implementation package offerings
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and initiate the implementationprocess
- Manage the engagement with the customer to correctly structure, implement, and deployApptio
- Collaborate with Customers on a "Train the Trainer" approach for a core group ApptioTargetprocess
- Power Users on Apptio Targetprocess Basics, administration, advanced reporting, andsolutions implemented
- Gather customer feedback and work with the Product Management team to recommendhow to improve product usability
- Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation and collaborate with support anddevelopment teams to resolve
Target Process:
- Solution Management - install/configure pre-defined and custom Apptio Targetprocess solutions aligning with customer needs
- Create custom Apptio Targetprocess views, reports, and dashboards
- Configure Apptio Targetprocess process parameters and settings
- Create custom Apptio Targetprocess automation rules and metrics for event-based customization
- Import customer data
- Configure integrations with 3rd party products Jira, Azure DevOps, etc
Qualifications and skills:
- Accomplished Apptio Targetprocess Administrator in a previous role
- 4-6years of experience with configuration and administration of partner tools such as Aha,Slack, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
- Someone who is eager to grow their IT skills in a fast-paced IT environment. Highlymotivated and self-guided individual who is able to receive a task and see it through withminimal supervision
- Ability to analyze situations, form ideas, and get creative to provide solutions. Pride yourselfon strong communication, relationship building and facilitation skills
