Department Overview
Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking (MMB) provides tailored financial solutions to companies with varying annual sales. They offer specialized services in credit, treasury management, and industry-specific expertise to meet the diverse financial needs of commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with internal customers such as relationship managers and associates
  • Provide general servicing and transaction assistance (non-fund transfers)
  • Update commercial banking systems, including internal clean-up, authorized representative updates, and address changes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Handle simple to complex customer issues, including escalation and resolution
  • Independently make judgments, understand policies, and ensure process compliance
  • Review work quality of junior team members and provide feedback
  • Escalate unique operational issues and ensure key performance metrics are met
Required experience:
  • 2 to 4 years of Business Relationship Support experience
  • Experience in commercial loan servicing or lending operations
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of business banking compliance controls and risk management
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA / M.Com
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Flexible to work in shifts
