2 to 4 years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience in Commercial loan servicing or commercial lending operationsCustomer support focus with the ability to understand servicing needs and recommend solutionsCustomer service experienceAbility to provide strong customer service support and develop internal relationships with front line teamsAbility to participate in moderately complex customer transactionsKnowledge and understanding of business banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss preventionRequired Qualifications and skills:At least a B.
