Responsibilities

Market Research: Gather Market intelligence for existing HORECA clients & Distributors in given geography

Travel: intensively in market for and interact, pitch our Value proposition to customers/Distributor Partners
-
New Partner Onboarding: Welcome and onboard new HORECA partners onto our platform, effectively presenting our value proposition.

Key Account Management: Manage key accounts and oversee the entire customer sales cycle, from order placement to delivery.

Customer Engagement: Proficiently engage with customers to encourage repeat orders and persuade them to conduct transactions on our platform.

Sales Growth: Be accountable for increasing our daily customer base and the volume sold on our platform.

Issue Resolution:Maintain close communication with customers, promptly raising and addressing concerns without compromising the customer experience.

Performance Tracking:Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and achievements.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in regional language is essential.
- Person should be familiar about the city and have own means of commute.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (PGDM, MBA Marketing, BSc agriculture, Bachelor of Agriculture, BBA in agriculture Management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
