This position will be on 3rd party payroll and for a duration of 12 months
:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing expert advice on recruiting best practice and projects
  • Partner to deliver search, talent mapping and other recruiting projects for critical, hardtofill roles
  • Work with HR and business colleagues to develop concise, accurate critical success factors for roles and compelling job profiles
  • Own, execute and manage effective interview and selection processes
  • Proactively engage with our internal clients to better understand their business unit value proposition, culture, offer, and business challenges
  • Use your personal credibility and knowledge to build the profile and reputation of the function with business and HR stakeholders
  • Deliver against personal KPIs and contribute to overall TA function

Skills & Abilities
-
2+ years of recruiting experience

  • Direct sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques and cold calling
  • Knowledge of market research, marketing services or consultancy sector recruiting
  • Experience recruiting across functions and business units
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering against recruiting targets
  • Fluent in English. Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills
