Responsibilities

TRC, a national engineering, consulting, and construction management firm, provides integrated services to the Energy, Environmental, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas markets. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our talent acquisition strategy within our Oil & Gas Sector. Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruiting and retention initiatives for the Talent Acquisition Team through coordinating administrative tasks associated with these activities. Responsibilities include scheduling candidate interviews, managing candidate travel, orchestrating candidate involvement in the interview process, facilitating background checks, managing job description databases, and more.

  • Schedule candidates for various types of interviews
  • Manage candidate travel arrangements
  • Escort candidates to interviews
  • Answer candidate questions about the interview process
  • Coordinate between candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter
  • Follow up on background checks
  • Audit and manage job description databases
  • Assist in high-volume situations
  • Manage sign-on and referral bonus activities
  • Coordinate intern engagement activities
  • Explore recruitment best practices
  • Represent the company at career events
  • Assist with other HRIS tasks as needed
  • Generate offer letters
  • Facilitate New Hire orientation sessions
  • Other minor tasks as assigned
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' HR experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrates initiative and a sense of urgency
  • Customer-focused
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of HR experience
