Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering any questions.
  • Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
