Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information about our products or services.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product orders, delivery status, and returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
  • Process customer requests, such as refunds, replacements, or cancellations.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other relevant languages.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically in resolving customer issues.
  • Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
