Maracalagonis (CA) in Sardegna.OBIETTIVI DEL TIROCINIO/STAGEIn supporto al Front Office Department, la/lo stagista avrà la possibilità di acquisire esperienza e professionalità nel settore, curando le seguenti attività:
• Supportare la gestione delle attività di accoglienza e assistenza degli ospiti, dall'arrivo alla partenza, rispondendo alle necessità e alle richieste in modo proattivo e coordinandosi con gli altri reparti per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti in maniera efficiente ed efficace
• Collaborare nelle attività di check-in e check-out
• Registrare i dati degli ospiti sul gestionale alberghiero
• Informare gli ospiti sulle condizioni di soggiorno, la struttura e i servizi offerti
• Supportare nell'assegnazione delle camere, del recapito bagaglio e delle prenotazioni
• Rispondere alle chiamate esterne e interne e alle e-mail
• Supportare la gestione del complaint e curare le relazioni con gli ospitiRequisiti
• Precedente, anche se breve, esperienza (in hotel, villaggi e resort)
• Diploma o Laurea preferibilmente nel settore turistico
• Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office
• Ottimo standing e spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative
