Your story

  • You are an experienced Business Development Manager, Account Manager and Team Leader with either a traditional agency or MSP or end client background.

Core Objectives

  • To grow client revenue by developing executive and hiring community relationships and adding new locations where our current customers operate
  • To be a force behind the ongoing growth of Templeton and Partners Internationally, measured by client expansion and contractor number growth
  • Based from our London office, working together with our Leadership team and Regional Managers, you will analyse and agree the priorities for growing our existing clients and driving the growth of new customers
  • Working together with the management team to create and agree recruitment strategies to ensure each account has the regional delivery models to align with client opportunity – converting vacancies to placements consistently
  • You will create deep and broad client relationships – maintaining all activity in our central CRM
  • Understand the opportunity in each client to ensure accurate forecasting and planning to proactively address future hiring needs – both within the client and internally to support our delivery plans
  • Arrange and attend regular meetings continually focus on exceeding customer expectations
