As a

Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager


at Holistique Beauty, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding the market presence of our premium skincare and wellness brands.

This role focuses on both generating new business opportunities and managing significant key accounts to ensure sustained business growth and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Execution:and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share the Retail Head to set sales targets and KPIs for the Trade execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


Operations Management:

day-to-day operations of assigned Modern Trade Customers, including inventory management, product placement, and visual analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

Modern Trade sales team are aware of sales and marketing activities to implement them in a cost and time effective manner.

Collect Feedback on how the activities runningcontinuous Brand and Product training to store associates.regular updating training programs.

Account Management:

and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned key accounts to develop joint business plans, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies.effective communication and coordination with key accounts to meet sales objectives.


Allocations:

and manage credit allocation policies for customers.creditworthiness of customers, establish credit limits, and monitor credit terms.closely with finance and credit control teams to minimize credit risks and optimize cash flow.


Leadership:

and inspire a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.


Experience Enhancement:
initiatives to enhance the overall customer analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer intelligence to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in business development or key account management, preferably in the

skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
Proven track record of generating new business and managing major accounts.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable partnerships.
Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
