Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing them to the company's products or services.

Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.

Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues.

Collaborating with other sales and marketing team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and competitors.

Participating in regular training sessions and professional development activities to improve sales skills.


Successful telesales executives should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be persuasive and persistent, and have a strong sales aptitude.

They should be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, although a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be preferred.

Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is also beneficial.
