Sr. Executive, Employee Engagement & Training

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive of Engagement & Training is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and deliver comprehensive training programs.

This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture, improving employee satisfaction, and ensuring continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement:
Create and manage initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and productivity.

Develop programs and events (Birthday, R & Rs, festivities, Engagement calendar management) that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Timely event launch, ensuring inventory management.

Training and Development:
Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers.(Skill matrix, competency mapping).
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyse data related to employee engagement and training effectiveness.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on the impact of engagement and training programs.
Use data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all training and engagement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and training.

Qualifications Requirement:
Experience, Skills & Education

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in human resources, training, or employee engagement roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.

Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and training methodologies.
Proficiency in using HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical Thinking:
Strong ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.

Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Collaboration:
Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across the organization.

Working Conditions:
The position is typically based in an office environment but may require occasional travel for training events, conferences, or meetings, festivity arrangement requiring field work occasionally along with inventory management
Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate different time zones or special events.
