Job Summary

The Senior Partner for People Relations is in charge of ensuring a successful journey for every new team member through the design and implementation of New Hire Onboarding programs. The main aim is to offer new hires a top-notch experience right from the beginning, ensuring they are well-equipped, engaged, and motivated to join their respective teams and managers. In this position, you will oversee the onboarding team in India and manage our Global New Hire programs both locally and virtually, guaranteeing a seamless experience for new hires. All these initiatives are crafted to make new team members feel like an integral part of the Quantiphi family and well-prepared to navigate our dynamic and exciting environment.


Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding Coordination:
  • Focus completely on delivering a top-tier, highly efficient New Hire Onboarding Experience.
  • Develop and execute an onboarding strategy.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, C&P Partners (HRBPs), Insights & Automation, and IT & Facilities teams to carry out in-person and virtual onboarding.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate introductions to key team members and leadership.

HR Administration:
  • Oversee new hire records and ensure accurate Personal Information (PI) entry in Workday.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts and other HR paperwork.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative issues.

Employee Engagement:
  • Boost engagement and retention by gamifying and tailoring the Onboarding programs based on the new joiner hierarchy.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from new employees to enhance the onboarding process.
  • Take part in HR activities and events to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.
  • Generate regular reports on onboarding metrics and HR administrative tasks.
  • Support internal and external audits by furnishing necessary documents and information.


Required Skillset

Ability to strategize and pay close attention to details while being adaptable and quick to implement tactics. Proficiency in HRIS; previous experience with Workday and Google Workspace is advantageous. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with diverse teams and candidates. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Confidence and understanding of global recruitment practices and cultural nuances.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or a related area, preferably within a global, engineering-focused, or growth-oriented organization.
