Crafts Mill is one of India's fastest growing E Commerce brand in the Furniture and Home Furnish D2C category.
We are looking for experienced B2B Sales professionals from the Interiors and the Furniture/Home Decor Industry space, who will bring the following:
Ability to generate demand and sales of Crafts Mill products from a B2B sales standpoint.
Develop network of dealers for Crafts Mill products.
Manage volume per dealer per month and per quarter.
Ability to manage large and critical relationships with dealers and stockists.
Have a network of dealers, stockists, builders and other buyers of bulk furniture.
Go getter and ability to close sales.
Ability and tenacity to drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to sale closure all the way to collection and settlement of commitment.
Markets: Delhi NCR. Mumbai/Pune/Goa and Applicable Hinterland. Bengaluru and relavant outskirts, Chennai/Coimbatore and Kerala.
Qualifications:
Ideally the candidate will be a graduate/post graduate in business, interior design or any allied fields.
The candidate will have an experience of at least 5 to 10 years.
Have a solid work ethic, dedication, patience, problem solving aptitude and empathy.
Proven track record of success in similar roles in the past.
Great rapport with clients and former colleagues.
Self driven and entrepreneurial temperament.
