Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager with a strong background in furniture and interior fit-outs sales, specifically for residences, hotels, and office projects. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge and experience in selling office furniture. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Utilize your established network to drive sales in office furniture and interior fit-out projects, including office furniture. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements, offer tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on project needs.
Project Management: Oversee project activities, including client coordination, documentation, and ensuring timely delivery.
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:
Experience: 7-10 years of full-time experience in furniture and interior project sales, including office furniture.
Network: Must possess a strong network of architects, interior designers, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and builders.
Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and project management abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently. What We Offer:
