The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the travel agency.

This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting the office staff, and providing excellent customer service to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Customer Service:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information on travel services.
  • Handle booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher

Pay:
₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
