_**Overview**:_

The Sales Coordinator within our business consultancy plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure efficient sales operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing various administrative tasks while assisting in client acquisition and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales-related documents, proposals, and presentations.

3. Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy of client information, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.

4. Sales Coordination: Assist in coordinating sales meetings, follow-ups, and logistics to ensure smooth sales processes.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, track sales performance metrics, and assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

6. Collaboration: Liaise between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and consulting teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.

7. Support Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote consultancy services.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within a consultancy or related industry.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities( Malayalam And English).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in BA / B Com, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

The Sales Coordinator role in our consultancy requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks, supporting the sales team, and ensuring streamlined sales operations. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are crucial in contributing to the success of our sales efforts and client satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
