Role: Territory Sales Manager

Job Level/Designation: M1

Function/Department: Sales

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose: To oversee and boost sales through distribution to achieve market dominance in the assigned territory by increasing customer numbers and revenues.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

  • Establish a top-notch distribution network and a dedicated promoter channel supervised by the TSM.
  • Meet sales targets for all products (voice-prepaid/post-paid, data, etc.) by implementing the distribution strategy.
  • Support the zone and circle in reaching Revenue targets by enhancing secondary sales through Mass Retail distribution and promoting unlimited product penetration.
  • Oversee the quality of acquisition through the distribution network.
  • Track and report competitor activities, schemes, and programs.
  • Ensure retail stock availability while complying with standards.
  • Conduct promotional initiatives for channel partners to boost sales and establish market credibility.

Revenue

  • Attain zonal revenue goals for the distribution channel across all products.

Distribution expansion and extraction

  • Achieve retail (MBO) expansion targets by increasing the number of outlets in current and new areas.
