We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent business development skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
1.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
oDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
oIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
oManage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
oConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.

Business Development:
oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
oConduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
oDevelop strategic business development plans to drive growth and market expansion.
oCollaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
oAttend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:
oMaintain in-depth knowledge of our software products and their competitive advantages.
oStay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
oProvide feedback to the product development team based on market and customer insights.

4.

Customer Relationship Management:
oDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
oEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
oImplement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve product offerings and services.

5.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

oWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

oFoster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

6.

Reporting and Analysis:
oTrack and report on sales performance, business development activities, and market trends.
oAnalyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
oPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales and business development progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in software sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry, including SaaS, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' Experience in the Same Field.
