Staffing Office Workflow Coordinator

The Workflow Coordinator is an intermediate level position responsible for providing day to day support in alignment with Staffing Office Onboarding operations infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor SLA's of incoming / pending requests and prioritize work appropriately
- Analyze requests and determine most efficient resource to handle them
- Manages the department SNOW case manager, mailboxes and dashboards accordingly and is responsible for work assignment / reassignment
- Assist with production of critical and urgent work
- Assists with supplier, client and Staffing Office team questions, inquiries and escalations
- Provides assistance with planning and executing training and crosstraining for new/existing staff
- Assists with reporting and internal projects as needed
- Maintains current knowledge of all operating procedures and is responsible for requesting procedure updates as needed
- Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organization risk or impact as needed
- Acts as an SME to senior stakeholders, clients and /or other team members
Qualifications:
- 02 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Selfmotivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's/University degree preferred
