Location - Prospects:

Researching and identifying potential corporate clients who could benefit from the hotel's services, such as accommodation for business travelers, meeting and event spaces, dining options, and other amenities.

Building Relationships:

Establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients through effective communication, networking, and relationship-building activities.

This may involve attending industry events, participating in trade shows, and hosting client visits at the hotel.

Understanding Client Needs:

Conducting needs assessments and consultations with corporate clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Tailoring proposals and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Developing compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the hotel's offerings and value proposition to corporate clients.

Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms to secure profitable deals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborating closely with other departments within the hotel, such as revenue management, marketing, event planning, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of services and fulfillment of client expectations.

Account Management:

Serving as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Building long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the corporate segment.

Developing strategic sales plans and tactics to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and preparing regular reports to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

- Any graduate/post graduate degree

- Proven experience in corporate sales, Good network among decision makers with corporations.

- Experience in OTA, Travel trade is preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
